Mandatory Dues

All homeowners within Elkhorn Highland Ridge are contractually required to pay annual dues pursuant to the covenants filed September 23rd, 2004 as MISC#2004125770.

• Dues for the 2020-2021 year covered from August 2020 through December 2021. They were $55.

• 2022 dues ran concurrently with the calendar year, January 2022 through December 2022. The amount was set at $70.00 and was approved by the Board of Directors.

• 2023 dues will remain at $70 and are due on January 1, 2023.
